EAV keeps a huge range of commonly used parts in stock for most DJ mixers, Pro CD players, Turntables, Guitar Amps, Keyboards and re-cone kits and diaphragms to suit most Speakers. Channel-faders, Cross-faders and Rotary controls in stock for ALLEN & HEATH, BEHRINGER, DENON, MACKIE, NUMARK, PIONEER, STANTON, SOUNDCRAFT, TECHNICS, VESTAX, YAMAHA.......
EAV has over 30,000 Schematics and Service Manuals including many for rare and vintage units. Surface Mount and Lead Free Soldering/Rework Systems assure full compliancy to international standards and RoHS compliant components and spares are being obtained as they become available from ISO rated suppliers.
EAV's service methods are pedantic and focus on preventive maintenance. Once repairs are completed all units receive conditioning of all controls & sockets and extensive soak testing and thump testing as well as factory alignment checks resulting in a very low return rate.

Turnaround is usually 7 - 14 days depending on Spares availability and Distributors ability to provide backup. All work comes with a sixty (60) day warranty that covers parts replacement and labour required to repair any defects resulting from the servicing process. All data is the responsibility of the owner. Some faults may require the implimentation of test programs and/or initialisation to correct memory errors. (We can Backup your data but please arrange it at book in)

WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION:
In all cases of suspected faults requiring Warranty Service the owner should contact the point of purchase to seek advise on the Warranty process. All Warranty Claims require a fully legible COPY of the Receipt of purchase that includes...... - Customers Name, Address and Phone Numbers
- Dealers Name, Address and Phone Numbers
- Purchase Date
- Make & Model
- Serial Number
- Detailed explanation of the observed fault
Most distributors have a Warranty Authorisation Form which is faxed to EAV and is generated by the point of purchase. Usually, work can not be commenced until this proof of Warranty is received. (Check with Salesperson)
Please note a MINIMUM CHARGE is payable if no fault is found and time is spent analysing the unit. Distributors will not pay for "No Fault Found", so please be certain your unit has a genuine fault. The best procedure is to take it to the salesperson you purchased it from and ask them to confirm there is an error.
BUYER BEWARE
More and more often now, EAV receives faulty equipment bought through various overseas on-line shops. This "parallel importing" has several serious implications involved with it including... - The Australian distributor will, more often than not, refuse warranty of any kind.
- Some distributors are making spare parts require a copy of a purchase receipt from an authorised reseller.
- The unit if made exclusively for a different local market may not operate on our 240 volt 50 hertz supply without serious modification.
- The unit will not be Australian compliant as it will not have the necessary C-TICK mark.
- Noncompliant equipment can be confiscated and incur up to a $25,000 fine and insurance companies can refuse claims if noncompliant equipment is involved.
Please be sure the apparent savings are worth it!
